Remedial Massage 

A clinically informed, targeted treatment designed to address muscular pain, postural issues, and chronic tension. Remedial massage is claimable through most private health funds. This will be processed in-clinic to take that additional stress away.  

Hot Stone Therapy 

warm basalt stones are used alongside massage techniques to melt tension from your aching muscles, improving circulation, and creating a profound grounding experience. 

Ideal if you're experiencing the aches, tension, and disrupted sleep that often accompany hormonal changes. 

Cupping Therapy 

An ancient technique using  gentle suction cups placed on the skin to release deep muscle tension, improve your circulation and support your body's natural recovery process. 

Cupping can also assist with reducing the appearance of fluid retention and is a wonderful complement to remedial massage.
